"Wherever man has left his footprint in the long ascent from barbarism to civilization, we will find the hoofprint of a horse beside it." ...John Trotwood Moore

Welcome to my website!

Are you looking for a nice trail horse, dressage or pleasure horse? Well thats all I have.

I train all my horses and I vet them before I bring them in. I spend many hours with them daily. I only buy horses I would want for myself, I do not buy any horses with problems, vices or soundness problems. I do not buy horses from rescues or auctions but I do buy horses from their owners and will give you as much history as I was able to find out. I do ground training on all the horses when they come in, gait training on gaited horses and regular training on non gaited horses. This does not mean the horses are green, but I like to sell well broke horses, for example  even a trail horse will  need to sidepass to open gates.  I test them all no matter what their history, so I can honestly represent the horse. I am not a horse trader. I have a real full time job and do this on the side, since so many people are unable to find nice, sound horses on their own.

If I represent someone else's horse on my site, it means I have ridden it and have tested it as well and again will give you as much information as I have on that horse, its temperament and training. It does not mean I have trained this horse or have it in training at this time.

I sell 1-2 horses at a time. My horses are trained using natural horsemanship techniques. They have solid foundations, calm temperaments and lots of exposure in the arena and on the trail. They all have had extensive ground work.

My horses will be able to be ridden alone and with other horses on the trail, on a loose rein.  They  have seen bikes, hikers, coyotes,  cows, traffic, four wheelers and dogs.  Some have even seen  rattlesnakes. They will go thru water, trailer, tie, stand in the wash rack, walk on a loose lead and lunge. They will be respectful and kind horses.  Most of them will also do some tricks - kiss, hug, bow, spanish walk.

Horses are the most amazing animals if they are taught how to learn and to look for the answer. Most horses with problems usually do not have a solid foundation and that is where the problem needs to be addressed.

Occasionally I will take in problem horses for retraining for the owner. I do not accept problem horses to retrain and sell, and I do not sell horses with problems. If interested go to the training page for more information.
